It’s official. The Christmas shopping season is over; and it’s only 8.40 on Christmas Eve. I know that it is over because today’s paper is only about an inch thick. And the most surprising part is that, aside from the small ad over the fold, there are *no* ads embedded in the comics section. In fact, there are only a couple of regular ads in there, including two of the grocery stores, but no coupons.
Somehow, however, they still managed to get the 10-page job classifieds into two sections (the first has only 4 pages, which includes one page of a car ad.
