		<description>Hmmmmmmm&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Try this recipe:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Beef Rissoles&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;1kg grams of beef&lt;br/&gt;1 small onion&lt;br/&gt;2 cloves of garlic&lt;br/&gt;2 eggs&lt;br/&gt;2 cups of breadcrumbs&lt;br/&gt;2 pinches of cracked pepper&lt;br/&gt;6 sprigs of finely chopped parsley&lt;br/&gt;Sundried tomatoes - diced finely&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;chop everything you can&lt;br/&gt;throw it all into a big bowl&lt;br/&gt;crack the eggs and throw the yolk and whites into the bowl&lt;br/&gt;mix it all in until it's evenly distributed&lt;br/&gt;put in the fridge for an hour&lt;br/&gt;take out of the fridge&lt;br/&gt;roll into balls and squash em slightly&lt;br/&gt;drizzle the sundried tomatoe oil over the rissoles and put in the fridge to marinate&lt;br/&gt;take out of fridge next day (or several hours later)&lt;br/&gt;fry&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Serve with english spinach, sweet potato, and some bell peppers (red or yellow) drizzle with balsamic vinegar, or steam the vegies together</description>
